Our Fees

Naturally, you want to keep the costs down when trying to sell your property, but real estate marketing costs and advertising fees are a necessary investment if you want maximum exposure and the best sale price. There is a sliding scale, but you will need to spend a certain amount in these areas if you want to see results.

Below, you can find some typical costs for the different types of marketing output. Talk to a RFG agent to find out more about the discounts we can offer, as well as some complimentary services. 

Private Sale

  • Suburbs (3012, 3019, 3020, 3021, 3336, etc): $3,200
  • Suburbs (3000, 3015, 3016, 3031, 3032, etc): $4,200

Auction

  • Suburbs (3012, 3019, 3020, 3021, 3336, etc): $3,800
  • Suburbs (3000, 3015,  3016, 3031, 3032, etc): $4,800

Rental Advertising and Fees

  • Leasing Fee: Equivalent to 2 weeks’ rent (once)
  • Advertising Fee: $360 (once)
  • Management Fee: 7.7% of monthly rent
  • Re-Leasing Fees: $110
  • VCAT Fee:
    • Existing properties: $380
    • Properties not with us: From $550

Commercial Advertising and Fees

  • Private Sale: $2,000
  • For Lease:
    • Leasing Fee: Equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent (once)
    • Advertising Fee: $2,000 (once)
    • Management Fee: 7.7% of monthly rent
